Overview

TimerCoach is designed to be the ultimate companion for HIIT, Tabata, and home workouts. The interface is clean, distraction-free, and optimized for quick interactions during intense training sessions.

The app is divided into 5 main tabs:

  • 🏃Workout: Custom Editor
  • 📅Plan: Calendar & Schedule

Quick Start

Need to start training immediately? The Quick Start card on the home screen gets you moving in seconds.

Tap the large Blue Card on the Overview tab.

Default settings are 30s Work / 15s Rest / 8 Rounds.

Tap Customize to change times on the fly.

Hit Play to begin.

Smart Camera Overlay

Perfect your form by using the front-facing camera as a mirror while keeping your timer visible.

How to use:

Tap the Camera Icon in the top header during any workout.

The timer transforms into a floating, transparent widget.

Drag the widget anywhere on screen.

Tap the widget to cycle through 3 styles (Compact, Ring, Full).

Note: Camera data is processed 100% locally on your device and is never recorded or shared.

Custom Workouts

Build complex routines with ease. You can define Warmup, Work, Rest, and Cooldown phases.

Planning & Schedule

Stay consistent by scheduling your workouts. TimerCoach can remind you 15, 30, or 60 minutes before your session. The built-in calendar view lets you see your training history and upcoming sessions at a glance.
